*Chicken & dumplings*

°200 g ground pork (or ground chicken)
°3 tbsp. tsp finely chopped green onions
°2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
°1 C. heaped teaspoon grated fresh ginger
°2 tbsp. soy sauce
°2 tbsp. toasted sesame oil
°1 C. tablespoon rice vinegar
°1 C. tsp cornstarch (maizena)
°Olive oil
°20 dumpling wrappers


 In  bowl, combine meat, onions, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, toast sesame oil, rice vinegar also pepper.
 In  bowl, dissolve cornstarch in cold water.
 Taking sheet of ravioli, place  amount of stuffing in middle, moisten edge with the diluted cornstarch also close.
 Brush a little oil with a brush on both sides of the dumpling and repeat.
