Smothered Pork Chops





*Ingredients

°1 pork chop
°1 stock cube
°1 C. at s. oil

Heat spoonful of oil in a fry pan barely larger than pork chop. When the oil is hot, place the meat in it.

Brown for three minutes on one side, then turn the meat over. Let brown the same on the other side.

When both sides of the meat have taken on color, pour water into the pan at the height of the meat and add a KuB broth. Reduce the heat and let simmer.

When the water has reached halfway up the meat, turn it over and cook a little longer, until only a large tablespoon of sauce remains.

There is no need to salt. Serving and covering with sauce.
