°6 potatoes
°6 carrots
°1 20 cl of 4% liquid cream
°2 bedrooms of Colombo
°1 c olive oil

 

Slice your onion then in golden mode, brown in olive oil for approximately three minutes...

Peel and reduce your potatoes into medium cubes and your carrots into thin slices...
