Strawberry Cheesecake




*Ingredients :

+Crust:
°30 graham crackers
°5 teaspoons melted butter
°2 teaspoons of sugar
+The middle:
°2 cups (500 mL) cream cheese (Philadelphia style)
°2 tablespoons of sugar
°1 lb strawberries
°2 cups (500ml) whipped cream
°1 packet of gelatin in
°1/4 cup boiling water
+Trim :
°5 chopped strawberries
°Whipped cream

*Preparation :

Crumble the graham crackers well with your food processor. Add melted butter and sugar and mix well. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. In bowl, beating cream cheese also sugar to creamy. Beat the whipped cream until it forms peaks. If you bought it already whipped, skip this step. Combine cheese mixture, gelatin and whipped cream. Puree the strawberries and pour into the cheese mixture. Spread the mixture evenly over the graham crust. Freeze for 2 to 3 hours before serving. Garnish with chopped strawberries and a little extra whipped cream for the look! A little grated chocolate even if you're wild.
