Strawberry Milk Cake


°500 g of strawberries
°1/2 teaspoon baking powder
°1 - drop of vanilla extract
°1 - eggs
°1 pinch of salt
°150 g of flour
°100 g of melted butter
°1/2 glass(es) of milk
°125 g powdered sugar


1 - Preheat your oven to 200°C. Butter and flour a spring form pan.
2 - In a container, mix the flour, sugar, yeast, whole eggs, milk, melted butter and rum. Go gradually to obtain a smooth paste without lumps. If your strawberries are already naturally sweet, you can reduce the amount of sugar.
3 - Pour the preparation into the mould, add the whole strawberries washed beforehand. Bake for at least 30 minutes.
