*Strawberry Shortcake Crunch Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting*




*What you will need

°1 package cake mix (white or yellow)
°1 packet/3 ounces strawberry flavored gelatin powder
°1/2 cup vegetable oil
°4 eggs (lightly beaten)
°1/4 cup water
°3/4 c strawberries 
+For Strawberry Cream Cheese Frost:
°1/4 c butter 
°8 oz cheese cream 
°4 tablespoons strawberries (mashed or mashed)
°5 to 6 cups icing sugar

*How to do it

Heat the oven to 350 F (180 C / Gas 4).
Grease and flour two 8- or 9-inch round cake pans or two 12-cup muffin pans with cupcake liners.
Blending cake mix also gelatin powder in  bowl.
Beat in vegetable oil, eggs, water and 3/4 cup strawberries.
Divide the batter between the two prepared cake pans or between the muffin cups.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes for the cake or about 18-20 minutes for the cupcakes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. The
Cool cake or cupcakes in skillet on racks for about 10 minutes. Remove pans to racks to cool completely.
For the frosting, beat the butter and cream cheese in a bowl with an electric mixer until smooth.
Adding 1/4 cup crushed or pureed strawberries also for 5 c confectioner's sugar. Beating to smooth also creamy. Adding more confectioners sugar, if need to thicken.
Divided frosting between cake layers and then the top and sides of the cake. Or spread or drizzle frosting over cupcakes.
