° 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast
°1 egg
°1 tablespoon of water
°1 teaspoon minced garlic
°1/2 teaspoon of salt
°1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
°2 cups of grated parmesan
°4 tablespoons of butter
°2 tablespoons of olive oil


Step 1: Cut each chicken breast in half and mash to 1/2 inch thickness.
Step 2: In a small mixing bowl, add water and egg. Beat until well blended.
Step 3: Add garlic, salt and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
Step 4: In a mixing bowl, add the parmesan.
Step 5: Coat each piece of chicken in the egg mixture, then in the Parmesan.
Step 6: Press down on each chicken breast and be sure to coat with Parmesan cheese.
Step 7: Place skillet on stovetop and heat over high heat.
Step 8: Add butter and let melt.
Step 9: Add chicken and cook until browned.
Step 10: Flip and cook the other side until also golden brown.
Step 11: Remove from skillet and place on a clean serving platter.
Step 12: Serve and enjoy!
