Chicken wings





*INGREDIENTS :

+4 PERS.

°8 chicken wings
°2 minced garlic cloves
°1 C. ground coriander
°1/2 tsp. hot pepper
°1 C. ground cumin
°1 C. curry coffee
°2 tbsp. olive oil coffee
°2 tbsp. apple vinegar coffee
°1 C. soy sauce coffee

*PREPARATION :

Mix the crushed garlic, coriander, cumin, hot pepper, salt and curry in a salad bowl.

Add oil, vinegar and soy sauce. Mix well.

Slice off the tips of the wings and cut them in half at the joint.

Add the chicken wings to the spice mixture and turn to coat well.

Cover, then leave to marinate for 10 hours in the refrigerator.

Preheat the oven th.7 (200°C).

Place the chicken wings on an oiled baking sheet.

Bake for 15 to 30 minutes, until the wings are golden brown, and flip during cooking.
