*Ingredients
+For pound cake:
°200 g flour
° 200 g butter
° 200 g sugar
° 150 g dark chocolate
° 4 eggs
° 1 package of baking powder
+For the filling:
°200g dark chocolate
°140 g butter
°8 cl of liquid cream
*Preparation
1. Combine eggs and sugar until mixture whitens, add flour and baking powder, then mix well.
2. Melt the chocolate and butter for 1 minute in the microwave, then pour into the first mixture and stir.
3. Pour into a buttered and floured cake pan and bake for 40 minutes at 170 °C.
4. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, stirring with a spatula and add the cream.
5. Remove from heat, let cool, add butter and stir with a whisk.
6. Once the filling has cooled, spread it over your pound with a spatula.
