Fried Potatoes and Onions/Peppers with Smoked Sausage-




*List of ingredients:

°3 or 4 sausages
°2 stems of rosemary
°3 bell peppers
°4/5 potatoes
°salt and pepper
°oil

Cook the sausages (previously pierced) in a pan of water. After 15 minutes of cooking, drain them.

Rinse them to remove the fat.

Cut them into slices.

Meanwhile, peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them like fries. Put them in a container containing 2 or 3 tbsp of oil, salt and rosemary. Close it and shake well so that all the potatoes are covered with oil.

Wash the peppers, peel them with a tomato peeler and cut them into strips (remove the white).

Put the potatoes, peppers and sausages in a baking dish.

Add a little water to the bottom.

Bake the dish in a preheated oven at 180° for half an hour. Check that the potatoes are cooked. Otherwise, prolong the cooking a little.

Accompany with a seasonal salad.
