*Homemade blackberry pie*


°600 to 800 grams of blackberries
°150 grams of flour
°80g fine sugar + 2 tsps
°80 g of butter
°50 g of coconut
°1/2 tsp baking powder
°3 tablespoons of milk or vegetable milk


Washing blackberries well and drain them well. Placing in a baking dish (ideally:  pie dish), then sprinkle with 2 tsp of sugar. Mix also reserve.
In a bowl, put the flour, sugar, coconut, baking powder, cubes of butter and coconut. Mixing by hand until dough is half-sandy & half-compact.
Adding milk also blending everything.
& leave to rest for half an h in refrigerator.
At the end of this time, collect the dough. Cutting pieces of dough size of a walnut. Rolling it to a ball and crush it with palm of your hand to form discs for 4 cm in diameter (**). Cover the blackberries with these discs.
Baking for 30 min at 180°C.
Serve warm or at room temperature (I personally prefer warm).
