*No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake*


°1 graham pie cracker crust
°1 pack soft cream cheese, 8 oz.
°1 tsp vanilla
°1 can Eagle brand sweet condensed milk
°1/3 lemon juice
°1 can favorite pie filling (cherry, strawberry or blueberry)

*How to do:

Beat cream cheese in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
Adding sweetened condensed milk; blend well.
Stirring in lemon juice also vanilla.
Turn to pie crust.
Covering and refrigerate 2-3 hhours or to firm (can do overnight); do not freeze. Refrigerate pie fill while cool cheesecake.
Topping with chilled pie fill before serve
