* Ingredients:

°1 un-cooked puff pastry dough
°1 pack of soft cream cheese
°1/4 c sugar
°4 eggs
°1 tsp vanilla
°1 c chop pecans
°1 c corn syrup
°1/4 c pack brown sugar

Beating cream cheese, sugar, 1 egg, & vanilla to smooth. Spreading equally in pie crust, sprinkling pecans over top cheese layer.
Whisking rest 3 eggs, corn syrup also brown sugar together well. Pour equally over pecans. Bake at 425 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 375 and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden. Cool, cut and enjoy!
