Apple Fritters cake


*Ingredients

+ Cake
° 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
° ¼ tsp salt
° 4 teaspoons baking powder
° 2 teaspoons vanilla
° 6 apples your choice, peeled and cored, & diced
° 3 c flour
° 1 c sugar
° 1 ½ c of milk
°            2 eggs
° ½ cup melted butter
+Garnish
° 1 cup of butter
° 2 tablespoons of flour
° 1 cup brown sugar
° 1 t of cinnamon
+ Frost
° 2 c powdered sugar
° 1 tsp vanilla
° 5 tsp of milk

* Methods :

FIRST STEP:
Preheat oven to 350*
 In  bowl, combine the cinnamon, salt, baking powder, flour, sugar, milk & eggs. Blending well, then add half diced apples and mix well
SECOND STEP:
Using low speed of the electric mixer, pour melted butter to the batter while continuing to blend.
Greased 9x13 pan
THIRD STEP:
Pour batter to the mold
Sprinkling some of the rest apple pieces on top of the dough
FOURTH STEP:
In  separate bowl, combine ingredients for filling and mix well
Dropping balls of this thick mixture on dough
FIFTH STEP:
Taking  butter knife and run it through thick batter and cake to give marbled effect.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes
STEP SIX:
When the cake has completely cooled, drizzle the entire top with the icing mixture.
