**Blueberry-Cheesecake Cookies


* Ingredients :

°2 box of jive blueberry blend muffin
°4 oz. cream cheese
°½ C. Light brown sugar, tightly packed
°2 eggs
°1 m white chocolate chips

*how to make it:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Whisking butter, cream cheese, & brown sugar together. Adding eggs one at a time to blended. Blending the muffin mix with the butter mix and mix well. Fold in white chocolate chips. Refrigerate about at least an h. Dropping by 1 tsp onto a greased cookie sheet, for 2 inches apart. Baking for 14-15 minutes  Cool on cookie sheet for 1-2 mn. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
PLEASE NOTE Although we have been making these cookies for a long time and have never had a problem with the quality of the final product
We suggest baking a small batch at first...if they come out flat, try refrigerating the mixture longer. This seems to be a really key step in this recipe.
