Funnel cake recipe


°1 egg

°180 ml of whole milk

°2 tablespoons of sunflower oil

°1 1/8 cup flour

°1/8 cup sugar

°Half a teaspoon of vanilla extract

°pinch of salt

°sugar for decoration

°frying oil


In a bowl, mix flour, salt and sugar. Stir with a fork to incorporate the dry ingredients.

Adding eggs, milk, vanilla extract & sunflower oil.

Keep whisk to the mixture is well blend mix and free of lumps.

Putting cream into the piping bag.

In a  pan, heat a little oil, it is advisable not to put too much, because the strips of pasta must rest on the bottom of the pan.

Use piping bag, make a kind mesh, letting dough fall & move the bag.

Fry on the stove top not too high and make sure to brown on both sides for several minutes.

When it is ready, take it out & leave it on a plate with paper. To serving, sprinkling powder sugar first.
