Old fashioned custard pie


° 1 uncooked pie crust
°3 large eggs
°C granulated sugar
° ½ t salt
° ½ t nutmeg
° 2-2 / 3 c milk
° 1 ton of pure vanilla extract

* Methods

Preheat oven 350 degrees
In a medium bowl, beat eggs lightly with a hand mixer or whisk. Add the sugar, salt, nutmeg, milk and vanilla and whisk until well combined (the mixture will become a little runny)
Softly pour the mixture over the unbaked pie crust and bake for 35 to 40 minutes
Take it out of the oven and let it cool completely to room temperature
Sprinkle the top of the completely cooled pie with nutmeg, cut into slices and serving
