*Ingredients
°2-8 oz ribeye steak,
°1 t Worcestershire sauce
°2 t butter
°2 t canola oil
°1 green pepper cut to thin slices
°1 yellow onion,
°4 oz mushrooms, drained
°8 oz provolone cheese
°1 loaf French bread, slice lengthwise
°Half a c of mayonnaise
* Methods
The first step:
Preheat oven 400*
Sprinkling steak with salt & pepper (optional)
The 2 step:
Heat oil in a frying pan
Adding steak. Make a great burn on the first side
Third step:
Adding Worcestershire sauce and flipping steak to brown other side
Removing steak and set it to side
The fourth step:
Adding peppers, onions and mushrooms to same skillet
Season with salt and pepper if you choose
Fifth step:
Cooking for 2 minutes, stir occasionally
Open the bread and brush each half with half the amount of mayonnaise
Sixth step:
Putting layer of provolone cheese slices
Add a layer of steak to each half
Seventh step:
Add a layer of peppers, onions and mushrooms to each half
Putting rest layer of cheese on every half
Eighth step:
Placing on middle rack and bake for 8 to 10 mn, until light brown
Cutting every half into 2-inch strips and placing on a serving plate.
Serve hot
