Pineapple Upside-Down Cake


°3 eggs

°1/2 c flour

°3/4 c sugar

°3/4 c liquid milk

°2 t baking powder

°1/2 t vanilla

°100 g butter

°1 can pineapple

* Methods

To making burnt sugar, putting sugar in a saucepan on fire until it melts, add water to amount a c coffee with a little piece butter, stir for 6 min , & turning off fire. 

To making caake, in an electric blender, putting butter also sugar, adding eggs, one egg at time, & adding flour also liquid milk .

Greased sides of the mold with butter & flour to prevent cake from sticking. Adding burnt sugar, & round pineapple slices with a little juice, then adding the cake mixture.

The mold is entered to oven preheated at 180 degrees for 40 mn.

Removing mold from oven, leave it to cool down, & then stir.
