Slow Cooked Roast Beef Ribs



*Ingredients:


°1 cup water

°1 cup ketchup

°1 can of tomato paste (6 ounces)

°3/4 cup brown sugar

°1/2 cup vinegar

°2 tablespoons prepared mustard

°1 tablespoon salt

°2 pounds of lean ribs


*instructions :


1- Combine the water, ketchup, tomato paste, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard and salt in a slow saucepan, stirring to dissolve the brown sugar and salt.

2- Placing short ribs in the sauce & stirring until covered. Set cooker to low, covering, and cooking for 8 h.
