Breakfast pizza1



°2 packs of crescent rolls
°1 package of cooked sausage crumbs
°1 packaged country broth mix
°6 eggs
°2 tablespoons of milk
°salt 1/2 tsp
°1/4 teaspoon pepper
°1 tablespoon of butter
°8 ounces of grated cheddar cheese
°4 ounces shredded pepper jack cheese


Preheat oven to 375. Separate the crescent moon dough into 16 triangles and place it on a greased round tray with dots toward the centre.
Press down and up sides of pan to form a crust; seal seams. Baking for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown.
Meanwhile, prepare broth as directed on package in a medium saucepan. battered sausage crumbles in a thick gravy; sit aside.
In  bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. In a large skillet, heat the butter over medium heat.
Add the egg mixture. Cook and stir until almost done. Spread sausage gravy mixture over crust. Covered with eggs and cheese.
Bake for 5-10 minutes or until eggs are set and cheese is melted. Cut into wedges.
