*Cinnamon Keto Bread Ingredients

°1 12 cups almond flour Flour blanched almonds
°1/4 cup coconut flour
°1/3 cup granulated erythritol sweetener or monk fruit sweetener
°1 teaspoon baking powder
°1 tablespoon of cinnamon
°1/4 teaspoon salt omitted if using salted butter
°1/2 cup soft and salted butter
°3 eggs
°1/2 cup of Greek yogurt can use sour cream
°1/4 cup of milk of your choice
°1 teaspoon vanilla
+To prepare cinnamon crunch
°1 tablespoon of cinnamon
°3 tablespoons of granulated sweetener of your choice

*Directions :

Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F. Grease a loaf pan and its lining and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients and mix well. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well until fully combined.
Transfering mix to the loaf pan. Sprinkle cinnamon and sweeteners on top. Bake the cinnamon bread for 45-50 minutes, until the skewer comes out clean and the top is crispy.
We take it out of the oven and let the loaf cool completely before slicing.
