Crispy cheddar chicken

 



*INGREDIENTS

+Chicken:
°4 large chicken breasts
°2 pockets of Ritz cookies
°1/4 cup salt
°1/8 cup pepper
°1/2 cup of milk
°3 C cheddar cheese, grated
°1 cup dried parsley
+Sauce:
°1 can (14 ounces) cream of chicken
°2 tsp sour cream
+Butter chicken :
°4 large chicken breasts
°2 pockets of Ritz cookies
°1/4 cup salt
°1/8 cup pepper
°1/2 cup of milk
°3 C cheddar cheese, grated
°1 cup dried parsley
+Sauce:
° 1 can (14 ounces) cream of chicken
°2 tsp sour cream
°2 tablespoons of butter
+DETAILS
°Preparation time 15min
°Cooking time 30min
 
*PREPARATION

STEP 1
1.  Cut each chicken breast into 3 large pieces.
2. In a small food processor, grind the Ritz crackers.
3. Pour milk, cheese & cracker crumbs to 3 separate pans. Mix 1/4 c salt and 1/8 cup pepper to cracker crumbs and stir mix to combine.
4. Dip every piece of chicken in the milk then the cheese and finally the cracker crumbs.
5. Spraying 9×13 pan with cooking spray & lay chicken inside the pan.
6. Sprinkling dried parsley on chicken.
7. Covering mold with foil & bake at 400 degrees for 35 mn. Removing foil, bake an additional 10 mn 
8. In  saucepan, combined cream chicken soup, sour cream & butter with a whisk. Stir on medium high heat to the sauce is nice and hot. Serving on chicken.
