Epic Beef Nacho Supreme1



1 lb. ground beef

1 package taco seasoning

1/2 cup water

1 large bag of tortilla chips

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1/2 cup sliced pickled jalapeños

1 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1/2 cup sliced black olives

1 cup sour cream

1 cup guacamole

Optional: Salsa, hot sauce, or any other desired toppings


In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until browned and fully cooked.

Drain excess grease from the beef.

Add taco seasoning and water to the skillet, stirring well.

Simmer the beef mixture for 5 minutes, then set aside.

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

On a large baking sheet, spread out tortilla chips in a single layer.

Evenly distribute the seasoned beef over the chips.

Sprinkle both cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses on top.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and top with jalapeños, tomatoes, green onions, and black olives.

Add dollops of sour cream and guacamole on top.

Serve immediately with optional salsa or hot sauce, and enjoy! 🥑🍅
