Texas Roadhouse Rolls1


*The shopping list for these fluffy buns:

°400g plain flour

°1 beaten egg

°210ml of milk

°2 teaspoons of baker's yeast

°1.5 teaspoons of salt

°70g soft butter


Heat the milk to lukewarm. Melt the butter and yeast in it. Mix everything well.

In a robot, put the flour, the salt and make a hole in the center and insert the egg that you have previously mixed. Then add the butter, milk and yeast mixture.

Mix with the robot until you get a dough that comes off the parishioners.

Put in a container and cover with a damp cloth for 30 minutes.

After this exposure time, cut the dough into 8 pieces and form balls.

Leave on for another 30 minutes.

Place the bread balls on a baking sheet and brush each loaf with milk.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 180°

These soft rolls can be stored for several days without any problem!
