Yum-Yum Cake ** Old Southern Recipe



°2 cups self-rising flour
°2 egg
°2 cups sugar
°2 tsp baking soda
°2 cups crushed pineapple (drained)
°1 cup sugar
°1 stick margarine (I use butter)
°1 small can of pet milk (5 oz) (evaporated milk)
°1 cup coconut
°1 tsp vanilla
°1 c chopped pecans

*How to Make :

Combined all ingredients & pour to  greased 9×13″ pan.
Bake for 25 minutes or until done in a 350 degree oven.
Freeze while still hot.
Boil the sugar, margarine and milk for two minutes (stir constantly).
Remove from fire. Adding coconut, vanilla & pecans.
Pour on still warm cake.
