6 Simple Ways To Clean Grimy, Streaky Windows

 



Do you constantly feel like you’re fighting a losing battle when it comes to getting clean windows? I often feel like no matter how often I clean the windows in our home, dust and streaks still show up all over them. Thankfully, there are some simple yet effective window-cleaning solutions out there that I’m going to share with you today!

1. Rubbing Alcohol

No need for Windex or fancy window cleaners when you have rubbing alcohol (or vodka!). Simply transfer some rubbing alcohol to a spray bottle, spritz your windows, and wipe in circular motions using a microfiber cloth.

2. Baking Soda

Now, let’s talk about those dirty, grimy window tracks that most of us avoid cleaning at all costs. Sprinkle some baking soda along the tracks, spray distilled vinegar onto the baking soda, and let it sit for about 15 minutes. When the time’s up, use a rag to wipe down the tracks and remove the solution.
