Use your clean broom to spread the solution all around the tub, covering the bottom and sides. Using the broom for scrubbing is far easier than kneeling. This broom is reserved specifically for bathtub cleaning in my house.

The solution does an excellent job of cleaning the soap scum, especially if you clean weekly. If it's been a while, spread the solution all around and let it sit for a bit before rinsing.

To finish off, simply use the shower head to rinse everything, including the broom. I highly recommend a detachable shower head - it simplifies the process significantly, and they're not too costly on Amazon!
