Mississippi Mud Cake



For the cake:

1 c Unsalted butter, softened
1 degree granulated sugar
1C All Purpose Flour
½ C cocoa powder
4 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
4 mini marshmallows Jim

16 oz icing sugar
½ c milk
½ C cocoa powder
¼ c unsalted butter, softened

*How to Make 

Preheat  oven 350 degrees.
Whisking butter and sugar  in a mixing bowl.
Stir in flour, cocoa powder, eggs and vanilla extract until well blended.
Stir in chop pecans.
Spreading mixture in an even layer in a well-greased 9" x 13" baking dish.
Bake for 25 min, to cooked through.
Pour marshmallows over the top of the cake as soon as you take it out of the oven and let it rest. Once it's soft and melted, spread it evenly on surface cake.
Mix the frosting ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
Spread the frosting over the surface of the cooled cake and feet.
