STRAWBERRY POUND CAKE

 


*ingredients

°1 c. Soft butter
°2 large eggs
°1 C. granulated sugar
°1 c. vanilla
°2 c. All-purpose flour
°1 c. ground almonds
°⅓ c. the milk
°1 c strawberries, quartered°
°¼ C. water

*Directions

In a mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
Add the eggs one by one until they are completely combined.
Instead, add the flour with the milk until well combined.
Add vanilla and ground almonds.
Stir the quartered strawberries and water until well combined.
Divide batter evenly among well-greased loaf pans.
Bake for 45 minutes to an hour, until cooked through.
Leave to cool before serving.
