Beef and Macaroni Soup


°1 pound lean ground beef
°Half a cup of ketchup
°2 large cans of chopped or chopped tomatoes
°2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
°2 teaspoons onion powder
°3 teaspoons minced garlic
°7 1/2 cups beef broth
°2 tablespoons of brown sugar
°1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
°Salt and pepper to taste
°2 cups dry pasta
°Cheese to decorate as desired

* Methods : 

In a large Dutch oven or stockpot, add the ground beef, garlic, and onion powder and cook until no longer pink.

Add the broth, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, Italian seasoning and ketchup and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes, then add the dry pasta and simmer for an additional 15 minutes. Choose shredded cheese, if desired
