Cheese Asparagus Casserole


°1 cup heavy cream
°¼ c. garlic powder
°½ teaspoon salt and pepper (to taste)
°2 bunches of asparagus (washed, ends cut off)
°2 cups cheddar cheese (grated)
°¼ cup parmesan cheese (grated)


Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and lightly butter or grease a 9x13 baking dish.
Pour the heavy cream into the bottom of the prepared dish, add the spices and whisk to combine.
1 cup heavy cream, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
Place the asparagus tips in the cream. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the asparagus, and finally sprinkle the parmesan.
2 bunches of asparagus, 2 cups of cheddar cheese, ½ cup of parmesan
Bake at 400°F (205°C) for 15 to 20 minutes. You want the cream and cheese to be bubbly and the asparagus fork tender.
Take it out of the oven and serve it immediately after cooking.
