TEXAS TORNADO CAKE


*ingredients:

+cake:
°2 cups of all-purpose flour
°1 teaspoon of baking soda
°2 cups of granulated sugar
°2 large eggs
°1 teaspoon vanilla
°20 ounces of crushed pineapple

*Directions:

Preheat oven 350 degrees and grease  9" x 13" baking dish with butter
In  bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, eggs, vanilla, also crushed pineapple
Pour into the pan and bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
Poke several holes in cake with the handle wooden spoon
In  saucepan, heat the butter, sugar, evaporated milk, and vanilla until boil
Add the coconut also coconut and continue to cooking for 5 mn on medium heat, stir constantly
