Grilled chicken with garlic and potatoes


°Half a cup of butter
°6 chicken thigh, divided to thighs and thighs
°6 large golden potatoes, cut into chunks
°24 unpeeled garlic cloves
°Salt and ground black pepper to taste
°A quarter cup of maple syrup
°Potatoes and garlic grilled chicken

*Methods : 

Preheat oven to 200°C.
Put the butter in a pan and melt it in the oven. When the butter has melted, stir in a circular motion to coat the bottom of the roasting pan and place the unpeeled chicken thighs and thighs, potatoes and garlic cloves in the pan.  Sprinkling with salt also black pepper. Flipping chicken, potatoes also garlic to coat with butter.Bake in preheated oven till chook inner is now not browned and juices run clear, approximately forty minutes, basting pan three times.Brush chicken portions with maple syrup and pour the cooking juices over the potatoes.
Return to the oven and bake for another 20 minutes, until the chicken and potatoes are cooked through. An instant-read thermometer insert to thickest part of thigh should read at least 165°F (74°C). To serve, squeeze the garlic from the cooked cloves and brush the tender garlic over the chicken. Pour the juice over the chicken and potatoes.
