Ground Beef & Peppers Skillet


°500 grams of minced meat
°3 tablespoons of oil
°1 chopped onion
°1 minced garlic clove
°1 tablespoon of thyme leaves
°freshly ground pepper

* Methods : 

Take the minced meat out of the refrigerator an hour before preparing it.

2 If you have to prepare large portions, cook in portions. Pour oil into a frying pan and heat it over high heat. When the oil becomes liquid like water, it is hot enough and you can put the minced meat in it. Distribute it well. But above all, don't mix it up!

3 After about 2 minutes, you can add the onion and garlic or any other vegetables depending on the recipe and mix.

Let the meat cook, stirring occasionally, until golden brown. Set the meat aside and cook the other parts.

5 Then mix all the parts together in the pan, salt and pepper and add the aromatic herbs. Here, the minced meat is ready. You can now use it for the recipe of your choice.
