°3 large russet potatoes

°2 tbsp. chopped garlic
°1 tbsp. parsley chips

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Cutting potatoes into long, thin .
Combined diced potatoes, olive oil, mince garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste in mixing bowl, toss fries evenly.
Spreading fries in an even layer on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, stop to turn also turn fries halfway through cooking.
Sprinkling fries with the parsley flakes and 1/2 c of Parmesan cheese, toss to coat, and simmer for another 10 to 15 minutes, to cook to your liking.
