Paula Deen in 5 Minute Fudge


°2 cups of dark chocolate chips
°14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
°Half a cup of butter
°1 tsp vanilla extract
°1 cup chop pecans, plus 2 tablespoons for garnish


Mix the chocolate, milk, and butter in a medium glass bowl and heat in the microwave for 90 seconds. Stir the mixture and heat for another 15 seconds if needed.
Add the extract and stir until smooth. Stir in 1 cup pecans. Pour to  loaf pan lined with paper parchment. Spread with a spatula to about 1-inch thickness. Top with rest chopped pecans. Refrigerate to ready to serving. Cut into 1-inch squares and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Enjoy!
