Sausage and baked potato


°1 pound smoked turkey sausage, sliced
°1 large onion, peeled and chopped
°6 small red potatoes
°6 small golden potatoes
°1 tablespoon of olive oil
°1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
°1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
°1 teaspoon smoked paprika
°1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning

*How to make :

Preheat oven to 400.
Line a large baking sheet with tin foil and spray with cooking spray.
Sit sideways.
Cut the turkey sausage into large pieces.
Cut the onion into large pieces.
Wash and dry the potatoes.
Cut small potatoes in half.
In a large bowl, add sausage, onion, and baby potatoes.
Coat the sausage mixture with the olive oil and toss to coat well.
In a small bowl, add all the spices and stir to combine.
Sprinkle the spice mixture over the sausage mixture.
toss to coat.
Pour this mixture onto the baking tray, evenly distributing the sausage and potatoes.
We put it in the mold in the oven and leave it for 55 minutes.
Test the potatoes by inserting a fork into them to make sure they are cooked through and tender.
If not cooked through, cook for another 5 min
