I first posted it in 2012 on my Recipes From the Blue Binder blog, and then moved it here. It has been copied (including text and images) from other people's pages many times over the years.
They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. But I admit I don't really feel flattered when they do it, I just feel annoyed, but that's it, and there's not much I can do about it.
I wish I could say I'm updating the recipe with new photos, but I can't. It's the same old photos. I don't think it hurts to be reminded every once in a while when you have a delicious recipe.
*ingredients
°1 pound smoked turkey sausage, sliced
°1 large onion, peeled and chopped
°6 small red potatoes
°6 small golden potatoes
