Southern Chocolate Cobbler



*ingredients

+Dough:
°1/2 cup unsalted butter
°1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
°4 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
°2 cups of all-purpose flour
°2 teaspoons of yeast
°1/4 teaspoon salt
°1 cup of milk
°2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
+For decoration:
°2 cups of granulated sugar
°1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
°3 cups boiling water
°Vanilla ice cream to serve

*How to make a southern chocolate cobbler

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F .
Put the butter in a 9" x 13" baking dish and place in the oven. Once the butter has melted, remove it and set it aside.
Combine 1 1/2 cups sugar, 4 tablespoons cocoa powder, flour, milk, baking powder, salt, and vanilla extract. Pour to a baking dish over the melted butter, but do not stirring
In another bowl, mix two cups of sugar and half a cup of cocoa powder. Sprinkle over batter in skillet. Pour boiling water over the filling, but again, do not stir.
Bake until set, 35 to 40 minutes. The bottom will be loose and slightly sticky.
Let it cool 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
