SWEDISH MEATBALL NOODLE BAKE


*ingredients

+meat balls:
°2 tablespoons of olive oil
°1 lb. minced meat
°1 large beaten egg
°½ tsp. Bread crumbs
°½ grate onion
°Half a tsp garlic powder
°Half a teaspoon of ground nutmeg
°1 teaspoon kosher salt
°Half a teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
+frying pan:
°2 ½ tsp. Egg noodles
°1 e. Beef broth
°1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
°1 liter of heavy cream
°1 ½ tsp. Swiss cheese
°Chop fresh parsley to serve
°salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

*Directions

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Heat to 375°F and, using nonstick spray, grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside.
Step 2: Placing beef, bread crumbs, eggs, onion, nutmeg, garlic powder, salt, & pepper in  bowl. Mix well to blend. Pour & roll 1 12 tsp of the mix into a ball. Repeat with rest of the mix.
