Ingredients:


Ground beef: 1.5 pounds

Condensed cream of mushroom soup: One 10.5-ounce tin

Condensed cream of cheddar cheese soup: One 10.5-ounce tin

Frozen potato cubes: 3 cups

Cheddar cheese (shredded): 1 cup

Salt and pepper: As per taste

Directions:


Warm up your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.

In a pan, brown the ground beef, drain, and transfer to a mixing bowl.

Stir in both the cream of mushroom and cream of cheddar cheese soups.

Fold in the frozen potato cubes, 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar, salt, and pepper, ensuring even mixing.

Empty the mixture into the prepared dish. Top with the remaining cheese and cover with aluminum foil.

Bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
