Every year on my son’s birthday, we’d make this pie recipe as a special treat


Pistachio Pie Recipe:


1 (9-inch) pre-made graham cracker crust

1 package (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding mix

1 cup milk

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 cup marshmallow fluff

1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed

1/4 cup chopped pistachios


Pudding Mixture: In a large bowl, whisk together the instant pistachio pudding mix and milk until smooth, approximately 2 minutes.

Cream Cheese Blend: In a separate bowl, thoroughly mix the marshmallow fluff and softened cream cheese until smooth and lump-free.

Combine and Fold: Gently fold the pudding mixture with 4 ounces of the whipped topping and the cream cheese blend. Add the chopped pistachios and mix until well combined.

Assemble the Pie: Pour the mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust and smooth the top.

Chill: Cover the pie and refrigerate it for at least 4 hours, or until it's firmly set.
