5 minutes white chocolate caramel pecan fudge


°1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk, 14 oz

°1 bag of white chocolate chips

°Half a teaspoon of vanilla

°4 tablespoons butter

°1 cup chopped pecans

°¼ cup caramel sauce, at room temperature


The first step:

In a medium bowl, add the white chocolate chips, butter, vanilla, and sweetened condensed milk.

Using the microwave, heat every 30 seconds, stirring after each turn.

The second step:

Continue at intervals of 15 seconds until all the chocolate has melted

Stir until smooth

Third step:

Take it out of the microwave and add the pecans

Put butter paper on an oven tray

The fourth step:

Pour the melted chocolate into the dish and spread it evenly so it's about an inch thick, or to your preference for depth.

Open the caramel sauce jar and sprinkle the fudge on top

Fifth step:

Using a knife, drag the knife through the chocolate and caramel to create a marble effect.

Cool in the refrigerator until firm.

Cut into one inch squares
